Let's apply what we have learned in part 1 this to a specific example.

Creating something similar to the design beneath these windows can easily be done with the help of the 1v1 board. We begin with a simple square surrounded a wooden frame (see below: Step 1). Next, we paint the shape we want to create into the square with wooden textures (see below: Step 2). Now we mentally apply the block grid to the square. We do that to figure out how we're going to have to squish and pull the blocks in order to create a clean shape. You can also lay the Selection Tool on top of it to figure that out, of course (see below: Step 3).
There are many different ways to create the desired shape. I decided to extend the center top block by 1 block's length to the left and right and 0.5 blocks to the bottom. I am basically spreading a single block into a bigger triangle shape:

I start by stretching the top part of that block to the right by an entire block's length. In order for that to happen, I need a block that already stretches for that amount from the 1v1 board:

Now we copy the red-marked block and place it above the target block in a way that its bottom stretches an additional block to the right (see below: Step 5). Make sure that you sink it into the surface, to avoid stretching it only on the front. Once it is sunk into the surface, paste it (see below: Step 6). The block to the right of the target block can now be painted in the wooden texture to match the rest (see below: Step 7).
We can now copy the freshly painted block and mirror it horizontally to paste it on the left side of the target block:

We have now stretched the target block on its top side by one block's length in both directions. What's left is the bottom part. We need another piece from the 1v1 board to pull down the target block by half a block's length (see below: Step 9). You can find a suitable piece on the very bottom right or the very top left. These are identical:

Copying the that red block and pasting it below the target block will drag it down (see below: Step 10). If we were to pick a block that laid further up on the 1v1 board, we would change the amount by which we drag down the target block. Whatever block we pick, once it is placed, we can paint the freshly added parts with the appropriate materials (see below: Step 11).
Now we can take the newly created triangle and paste it on all sides to create a symmetrical design:
